Lisa Holliday, Founder & President

Lisa has a Master of Art in Teaching and Learning. She is a full-time teacher at a Montessori School in North Ogden, Utah. She has taught Pre-K through Grade 12 in multiple countries, both in-person and online. She has created the Theatre Departments at 4 different schools and has also written curriculum for several schools. While living in UAE, Lisa co-created the English/Language Arts curriculum that was implemented across the entire Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Lisa is the mother of 2 amazing children. She is passionate about education, the arts, traveling, and Lebanese food.

Mariah Killpack, Vice-President

Mariah is a native of Magna, Utah. She attended Snow College and Utah State University. She has several years experience working with animals and has also received agricultural training. She is the proud owner of 8-year-old Labradoodle, Jules. Mariah loves the outdoors and can often be found in the mountains. When she isn't making memories with her family, Mariah can be found driving around in her truck, listening to her vast music collection.

Alyssa Martins, Treasurer

Alyssa has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She served a proselyting mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Campinas, Brazil. She works in HR, but most of her time these days is spent raising her 2 daughters and their very-demanding cat. She is fluent in Portuguese and loves to travel to Brazil. Alyssa loves attending concerts and can often be found relaxing by the pool.

Geofrey Mukabire, Project Manager

Geofrey is certified in Occupational Safety by the National Association of Safety Professionals (NASP). He also trained in Firefighting and Hazmat Safety at West Valley Fire Academy. Born and raised in Uganda, Geofrey is fluent in Luganda, Lusoga, Swahili, and several other Ugandan languages. He served a proselyting mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Harare, Zimbabwe. He also lived and worked in Abu Dhabi, UAE before immigrating to the USA with his family.

David Bagenda, Engineering Advisor

David was born and raised in Entebbe, Uganda. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He worked as a civil engineer for Hima Cement for 5 years, and he worked as a municipal engineer for the Lira City Council for 20 years. He currently consults on engineering projects across Uganda. In his free time, you can find David reading, working on DIY projects around the house, or playing with his daughter.

Kitakule Swaibu Junior, Legal Advisor

​

Junior is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, practicing human rights law, commercial law, and criminal law. He has previously worked with the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative and Pan African Women Organization. He currently is a legal associate with Bukenya Lumu and CO Advocates. When he isn't advocating for others, Junior loves reading and playing sports.
